When prospecting for clients it is imperative for REALTORS® to create marketing that stands out and effectively communicates a message.

This project is a newsletter that I create each month and hand out when door knocking. The newsletter can be printed as a hand out or utilized in email form to attract clients and provide useful real estate information. The front of the newsletter shows real estate statistics for the neighborhood that we are farming. The back of the newsletter changes each month with useful articles, calendars, and real estate market information.
