When selling a house it is imperative for REALTORS® to create marketing that shows off the unique aspects of the home.

This project is a JUST SOLD postcard that I designed for a listing I sold in Murrieta. It is a 6.25″x11″ postcard that we created in an effort to attract clients. The postcards were sent out using Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). Whether dealing with a small condo or luxury beach home, effective marketing is key.
