This project was part of a marketing campaign I created to attract new business for a San Diego based general contractor. It was created in conjunction with a one page flyer. The client contracted me to find all photos involved in the project as well as provide all written copy. I created the complete layout, design, and color scheme.

I provided the print ready digital file to the client and it was printed on 100lb matte cover stock. The final size of the brochure was 12″x9″, folded to 4″x9″.
